Kassandra Palace Seaside Resort - Kriopigi

The stay included a lovely beautiful family suite with fine sea views. The garden is beautifully landscaped with palm trees and flowers. Dining at the resort was a highlight, especially the delicious steaks served at the Magnolia restaurant. Entering the water revealed some rocky patches, and the limited dining options during peak times were a bit of a constraint. Nonetheless, the cute staff, particularly Despina was good.

The gym and sauna were excellent amenities.

I greatly enjoyed 6 nights in this property. The hotel itself was not five star, however the breakfast was satisfactory and the staff were wonderful. The room was bright and perfect had a bright decor. Nice service was provided here. Also, free Wi-Fi worked throughout the property. The location was marvellous and favourable, short walk to the restaurants and supermarkets and polychrono than Kryopigi. And also it was 200 feet or so from ex-Azur Venue beach resort...

Disappointing aspect was not very clean bathroom.

In relation to the good price paid, it was STYLISH place to stay with good service. I liked this hotel.

The kids loved the playground and we appreciated the amazing service from Despina and Vangelis, who made our mother's birthday special. The sea view from our room was a highlight!

My kids wished for more evening entertainment options for families.

Location, territory, beach.

Remoteness from the city

The apartment room was very spacious and had a lovely sea-view. The pools were excellent, the playground an added attraction for young kids and the beach only a few metres away. Together they provided an easy and relaxing diversion. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was very good (surprisingly so for such a large complex). The hotel is well located (but a car is necessary if you wish to explore beyond the complex). Although the complex is large the grounds never felt crowded and because there is no entertainment as such, the nights are generally peaceful.

The sheer number of (unfriendly) guests meant that meal times could be a little competitive and there are some petty rules in the restaurant which are not always clear. More information regarding rules and facilities would be helpful (to avoid potential embarrasment or confrontation). If half board, extra drinks, food etc are overpriced so explore the local neighbourhood for alternatives. The onsite shop is expensive.

The lush gardens are like stepping into paradise-think palm trees and vibrant flowers everywhere you look! I loved lounging on the private beach with clean facilities and complimentary sun loungers. Special shoutout to the amazing staff, especially Despina.

Thanks to the pretty friendly staff everything was really good. The pool was very clean and I had refreshing drinks in the main bar...

A great relaxing and lovely relaxing hotel in Kriopigi with knowledgeable staff who kindly accommodated our request. Brand-new room and reasonably large bathroom with very nice toiletries and a cosmetic mirror. Location right by the airport in Thessaloniki, and beautifully maintained lush gardens. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Paralia Pigadakia. Honestly no complaints whatsoever.

Perfect for families looking for a getaway

The staff were attentive, especially Despina who always made sure we had everything we needed during our meals! Even had a situation one morning where we were woken up by noisy guests at 5 am, called reception, and they handled it right away, were pretty good!

It wasn't inexpensive, but I'd say it's still reasonable enough for the quality offered.

I loved the proximity to the beach, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the tranquil atmosphere. I really loved that you weren't piping music to the beach. I loved the water, swimming, and then coming back to a clean, comfortable room to relax.

The food was not very good at the outdoor restaurant and the shower needs a shower curtain. I also did not understand why the beach is not always all-inclusive of the room price (we had to pay to be there and were told that only deluxe type rooms had full access to the beach).

You are not allowed to enter dinner in shorts!!!!! I was there with 3 kids and wife and they send me to have dinner at an internal Tavern (which was not bad at all, but that was a strange concept to send me there without a family while my plan included HB for all). The beach was dirty and crowded in September.

Food at the brasserie ammos was excellent. Good choice and value for money. Spacious, comfy room. Wifi at the beach!!! Beach itself is nice.

Breakfast wasnt too special for a 4 star hotel. Good choice but average quality. A bit unorganised and flies all over.
